"At Home with the O"

July 16, 2009 (Nashville, TN) - Last fall Overstock.com hand-picked country stars Joey+Rory to be their spokespersons. By the holiday season audiences across the country became captivated with the "At Home with the O" ad campaign featuring the couple at their 1870's farmhouse and family restaurant, Marcy Jo's.

The third installment, entitled "Rufus,"hits the air this week and features Joey+Rory's adorable and obedient hound. The spot highlights the company's expansive and affordable linen collection, and Joey is shown ordering the best of the best sheets and pillows...not for Rory, not for her sister-in-law, but for her beloved dog Rufus.

The duo is thrilled to continue their work with the online shopping site. "Everywhere we go, people point and say, 'Hey that's the couple from the Overstock.com commercials," the couple explains. "We are so proud to be working with them and are really excited about this next step we are taking together."

Joey+Rory's appearances on last season's Can You Duet (CMT) caught the attention of Overstock.com's Creative Director, Alan Bunton. As he watched their performances he became instantly attracted to the couple's lifestyle, authenticity and humble attitudes. "They just stood out," said Bunton. "Their values and how they lived just really resonated with the culture of Overstock.com."

But the partnership doesn't end at the television screen. Recently the duo refurbished their 1955 tour bus and, with the help of Overstock.com, wrapped the bus with their images and album info. The response of fans and fellow musicians has created quite a stir - and one thing is for certain, you'll know when this duo is comin' to town! Overstock.com has also implemented online features where fans can view videos, hear music and even purchase Joey+Rory's record. Fans will even be able to follow along with Joey+Rory via a video blog as they tour the country playing shows this summer and fall.

The duo is currently on the road supporting their debut album The Life of a Song and have already released two singles from the record - the radio smash "Cheater, Cheater" & tongue-in-cheek "Play the Song" which is currently a Top 20 Video on GAC. The newest single, "To Say Goodbye," is on the radio across the country and a special promotion connected to this song will be announced soon. In the meantime fans can tune into CMT on July 25th to see their highly anticipated return to Can You Duet.
