BLAKE SHELTON, READYING FOR OPRY INDUCTION THIS SATURDAY, SETS OPRY “TWITTERVIEW” FOR THURSDAY
Nashville, TN – When the Grand Ole Opry invited Blake Shelton to become an Opry member last month, it did so by sending the country hit-maker—known for his use of Twitter—a tweet including the official invitation. The Opry and Shelton are returning to Twitter in advance of Shelton’s Saturday night Opry induction to give fans the chance to talk with the would-be Opry member. The Shelton Twitterview is scheduled for tomorrow (Thursday) at 11 a.m. Central atTwitter.com/opry. Fans can submit questions for Shelton to @opry via Twitter.com prior to the Twitterview.
Shelton’s Opry week also includes the artist’s takeover of the Opry’s YouTube channel (youtube.com/oprylive) featuring Opry performances, videos, and clips highlighting his unique humor. The “Blakeover” will conclude next week with video highlights of Shelton’s induction experience.
