(NASHVILLE, TN) – Country’s hottest new act, The Band Perry, sold over 52,000 albums according to Soundscan with its debut release. The Band Perry entered the Billboard Country Chart at #2, making it the second highest Country album debut of the year. In addition, The Band Perry debuted at #4 on the Billboard Top 200 ALL GENRE Chart.
The Band Perry also earns:
· Highest album debut of any new Country music group since 2006.
· #2 debut on the iTunes Digital Album Chart.

The band's next single, "If I Die Young" went to radio as they toured from one end of the country to another, opening for such artists as Keith Urban, Brooks & Dunn and Zac Brown Band.
