Verizon Wireless BamaJam Music & Arts Festival 2010 Line Up Grows With the Announcement of Gregg Allman, Buddy Guy, Gretchen Wilson and 9 Additional Artists
ENTERPRISE, AL -The Verizon Wireless BamaJam Music & Arts Festival is proud to announce more amazing, talented acts to the already star studded lineup for 2010. The festival welcomes one of Billboard Magazine's “100 Greatest Singers of All Time”, the founding member of The Allman Brothers Band and Rock and Roll Hall of Fame member,Gregg Allman. Joining the event for the first time is Buddy Guy, who is one of the greatest blues guitarist and singers who has been an inspiration to Jimmy Hendrix, Eric Clapton, Jimmy Page, Stevie Ray Vaughn and many other guitarists. He is also a member of theprestigious Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. Grammy Award winner and CMA Female Vocalist of the Year,Gretchen Wilson is the perfect addition to the already rockin’ country acts set to perform.
Other country acts joining Wilson include country rock singer Stoney LaRue; Austin, TX, based singer/songwriter Robert Earl Keen; Alabama native and favorite,The Wayne Mills Bandand Texas country band Rio Grande. The festival is staying true to the concept of a country music festival with a mix of rock, jazz, alternative and bluegrass by announcing IBMA’s 2-time Entertainer of the Year, The Grascals; revolutionary New Orleans brass band, The Dirty Dozen Brass Band; alternative rock, singer songwriter, Citizen Cope; punk and country infused rock band, Lucero and bluegrass band, The Wells.
Verizon Wireless BamaJam Music and Arts festival takes place on June 3, 4, and 5th, 2010 in Enterprise, AL. Fans from all over the United States come together for an amazing weekend filled with great music and fun. To date the 2010 lineup announced includes: Train, Hank Williams, Jr., Zac Brown Band, Dierks Bentley, Miranda Lambert, Jamey Johnson, Travis Tritt, Randy Houser, Jake Owen, Chris Young, Rodney Atkins, Marty Stuart and His Fabulous Superlatives, Jonathan Tyler and Northern Lights, Danny Gokey, Colt Ford, LoCash Cowboys, Blackberry Smoke and Houston County. Kenny Chesney will headline the festival on Saturday night, June 5th to close out the star-filled weekend!

Verizon Wireless BamaJam offers Premium Preferred seating for the first time in the “Peanut Gallery” seating section.
