A Hamilton man is facing multiple charges after a Saturday night concert. 39 year old Forrest Frankenstein, Jr. attended the Toby Keith concert at Riverbend where he threatened Hamilton County Sheriff's Deputies. According to court documents Frankenstein was drunk and approached the Deputies and said "If I had a knife I would stab you". He was placed into custody and put in the back of a cruiser. Frankenstein then kicked out one of the cruiser windows, making the car unusable. He also threatened medical workers treating him after his arrest. Frankenstein will face a judge Monday morning on multiple counts of vandalism, menacing and disorderly conduct while intoxicated. |
