Kelly Pickler's Next Song

NASHVILLE, TN – Still enjoying the Top 10 hit song “Best Days Of Your Life” which she co-wrote with friend Taylor Swift, BNA Records’ Kellie Pickler is set to release the follow up single, “Didn’t You Know How Much I Loved You” to radio later this month. Both songs are from her self-titled, sophomore album which is in the Top 15 on Billboard’sCountry Album Chart.

On the song being selected as the new single Pickler said, “I love ‘Didn’t You Know How Much I Loved You!’ It was on Small Town Girl and we re-recorded it for this album. I was gonna put it on every album until it was released as a single. I guess they figure this might finally shut me up,” she laughed.

In other news, Pickler’s songwriting prowess has landed her a spot on the CMA’s Songwriters Series, which will travel to Los Angeles on September 15. Hosted by Bob DiPiero, Pickler will be joined by her producer and songwriter Chris Lindsey (“Amazed” recorded by Lonestar), and Aimee Mayo, with whom Pickler co-wrote her debut single, “Red High Heels.” Pickler’s co-writes include, “Best Days Of Your Life,” Red High Heels,” and “I Wonder.”

Currently, Pickler’s busy with a tour schedule that includes her own shows plus the Fearless Tour with Taylor Swift, and she can be found on the August cover of Nashville LifestylesMagazine. She’s also in and out of Beavercreek, OH shooting an episode of Extreme Makeover: Home Edition, and will wrap-up the month on ABC’s CMA Music Festival: Country’s Night To Rock. In addition to a performance of “Best Days Of Your Life,” the special captures Pickler as she spends the day with fans visiting some of downtown Nashville’s legendary hotspots. Throughout the special, Pickler introduces interviews with some of the Festival’s biggest performers.
