Chris Young has a Bad Flight day...But RCA to the Rescue!

Nashville, TN – RCA Nashville hitmaker Chris Young started today in Seattle and was bound for a connecting flight in Denver, then on to Nashville and his hometown of Murfreesboro, TN, for an acoustic performance and autograph signing – The Big 98 WSIX Presents Chris Young’s Hometown Throwdown CD Release Party – celebrating Tuesday’s release of Chris’ new album, The Man I Want to Be.
But the best laid plans sometimes go awry, and mechanical difficulties in Seattle left Chris grounded for an hour-and-a-half, delaying him long enough to miss his Denver connection and find nothing available in the Mile High City that would get him to Murfreesboro and his hometown fans for his 6 PM appearance.
Enter Chris’ record label, RCA Nashville, who told the “Gettin’ You Home” singer, “We’re gettin’ you home!”  Some fast arrangements and a private plane later, Chris is on his way and on track to make his 6 PM hometown gig!
It’s a free show, followed by an autograph signing, so if you’re in the area, be sure to come out for your chance to pick up a copy of the new album and see Chris perform at the Walmart Supercenter location at 2900 S Rutherford Boulevard in Murfreesboro!

But these additional texts and tweets have given us additional insight," FBI Special Agent Stephen Emmett told "Good Morning America" today. " We are concerned and feel that they are going to continue and cause problems to say the least for law enforcement." Ryan Dougherty, 21; his sister Lee Grace E. Dougherty, 29; and half-brother Dylan Dougherty Stanley, 26, have been on the lam since Aug. 2 when they shot at a police officer attempting to pull their white Subaru Impreza over for speeding. A few hours later, they robbed a bank in Georg…
