We have a huge event coming up next week that we want to invite you and your friends & family to participate in. Technically, it is extra work because you will be filmed, but it is more of a FREE event that is open to the public. We need to fill up the Nashville Municipal Auditorium with VOLUNTEER Audience Members and hope you can help. This event is open to ALL AGES so you can bring your kids too! You won't get paid, but we are providing free Loveless Cafe BBQ and everyone gets a raffle ticket for prizes to include: a Vespa scooter, (6) pair of CMA Awards tickets and a walk-on extra role in the movie in a scene WITH GEORGE STRAIT!!

“A Pure Country Gift” - The newest feature film from the Director of “Young Guns”, “The Next Karate Kid” and “Pure Country” is holding a FREE film/concert event and is inviting Nashville country music fans to come out and participate as volunteer audience members. The film stars local Nashville country music artist Katrina Elam and also features country music superstar George Strait
This feature film event takes place on Wednesday – 11/11/09 from 10:00am to 4:00pm at Nashville Municipal Auditorium located at 417 Fourth Avenue, Nashville, TN 37201 and is open to all ages. Doors open at 9:45am and last admittance will be 12:00n.
Free parking and shuttles are available at LP (Titans) Field in Lot R (enter off of Shelby Street).
Each person in attendance will receive a free BBQ lunch provided by the World Famous Loveless Café and free snack/beverages throughout the day. All volunteers will be entered into raffle drawings to win prizes such as gift certificates, gift baskets, autographed celebrity memorabilia and our Grand Prizes – (5) pair of tickets to the CMA Awards, a Vespa Scooter and a Walk-on Extra role in a movie scene with George Strait. Must be present to win.
All you have to do is show up in your country western finest to be filmed as audience for our concert scenes.

A: Event is open to ALL AGES, however minors under (16) will need to be accompanied by an adult (over 18) parent or guardian.
Q: Where do I park? Do I have to pay for parking?
A: FREE Parking is available at LP Field – 1 Titans Way, Nashville, TN 37213. Park in LOT “R” and enter from Shelby Street. There will be FREE shuttles running to take you to the Municipal Auditorium from this lot. If you choose not to park at the LP Field lot, you will either need to find street parking or pay for parking in one of the downtown lots at your OWN EXPENSE.
Q: Do I have to show up at exactly 10:00am?
A: It is not required that you show up at exactly 10:00am,,however early arrivals will get the best seats and be involved in more of the filming. Doors open at 9:45am and least entry will be at 12:30pm.
Q: Do I have to stay until 4:00pm?
A: You do not have to stay until we finish at 4:00pm, however you MUST be present to win raffle prizes and Grand Prizes will not be given away until the end of the day. Doors will be open all day for you to leave whenever you need to leave.
Q: What will I be doing at this event?
A: You will be filmed on-camera as part of a concert audience - sitting, standing, clapping, singing along, dancing and acting like you would at a normal country music concert.
Q: Do I get paid to be filmed?
A: NO, this is a FREE event open to the public to come out and be in the movie as VOLUNTEERS.
Q: How do I get a raffle ticket?
A: FREE Raffle Tickets will be distributed to each person as they enter the venue. ONE ticket per person.

A: YES, TomKats Catering/The Loveless Café will provide FREE lunches for every participant. You will receive a coupon upon entrance to the event that is redeemable for your lunch items.

A: Lunch will only be served during our crew break (which may not be until later in the afternoon, later than you may be used to eating lunch) at designated food service areas (follow signs). There will also be snacks/beverages (water, lemonade, Gatorade) available throughout the day.
Q: What type of food/drink can we expect?
A: World Famous Loveless Café BBQ with sides (vegetarian options will also be available), water, lemonade, Gatorade.
Q: Is outside food and/or beverage allowed into the auditorium?
A: YES. You can bring in your own additional snacks/sodas, however please NO glass bottles and NO alcohol.
Q: Will additional food/beverages be available for purchase inside the auditorium?
A: NO. Free snacks/beverage will be provided or you can bring your own.
Q: Will alcohol be served or am I allowed to bring alcohol into the auditorium?
A: NO, due to liability issues there is NO ALCOHOL allowed. Anyone found with alcohol or suspected of drinking will immediately be asked to leave the event.
Q: What if I don’t have “Country Western” clothing, what should I wear?
A: Do the best you can to get as close to country as possible (wranglers, cowboy boots, cowboy hats, country shirts, etc.) but if you do not have “country” clothing you can wear jeans, tennis shoes and a casual shirt/top. Please NO logos or name brands. NO solid red, white or black. Please wear darker, FALL colors.

A: We will be filming scenes with a real Nashville area band and KATRINA ELAM will be performing a couple of songs. Although please keep in mind that it is NOT an actual concert because we will be stopping and starting a lot to get our scenes filmed. You will hear concert quality songs & sound and will see live performers, however it will not be like a normal concert at all times.
Q: Will George Strait be at the event?
A: We are expecting several celebrity appearances, so there is a strong possibility, although we cannot confirm this.
Q: Are cameras/video cameras allowed?
A: NO. Absolutely no cameras, video cameras or flash photography allowed.
Q: If I want to be a paid EXTRA on other film projects in the Nashville area with your company, how do I do that?
A: We are always looking for new faces! You will need to visit our website atwww.onlocationcasting.net and fill out a FREE Talent Application. You will be asked to input a credit card for an ‘active’ account, but this is NOT necessary as we do not require ‘active’ accounts in order to work with our company.
