NASHVILLE – January 14, 2010 – CMT and The Valory Music Co. are proud to announce the release of CMT INVITATION ONLY: REBA on DVD on Tuesday, February 9th.

In this one-hour special, iconic performer Reba performs songs from her current #1 album, Keep On Loving You, including the historic 4-week #1 single, “Consider Me Gone,” and the Top 10 hit, “Strange.”   Reba also performs some of the greatest hits of her 30-plus years in country music, including “Why Haven’t I Heard From You,” and “The Night The Lights Went Out In Georgia.  In a casual question and answer session, Reba also reveals what its like to be regarded as an influence on today’s new artists and what she would be doing if she weren’t in the entertainment business.

A departure from the typical concert special, INVITATION ONLY features country music’s biggest stars performing before a small studio audience in Nashville, taking questions from fans and delivering revealing and candid answers.  CMT INVITATION ONLY: REBA was taped in front of a live studio audience from the Grand Ole Opry’s historic Studio A in Nashville.

CMT INVITATION ONLY: REBA will be available in stores and on iTunes on February 9th.  The DVD also features exclusive content including the music videos for “Strange” and “Consider Me Gone” as well as extended Reba interviews.

Reba’s latest hit, “Consider Me Gone,” is the longest-running  #1 single of the superstar’s career.  With it’s 4th week at #1, Reba joins Taylor Swift, Carrie Underwood and Gretchen Wilson as the only female  Country artists to log more than 3 weeks at #1 in the past 10 years.

Reba’s reign of #1 hits now spans four decades.  The multimedia superstar was also recently recognized by Billboard, Country Aircheckand Mediabase as the biggest female hit-maker in country music history.  One of the most successful female recording artists in history, Reba has sold over 55 million albums worldwide and her last 13 studio albums have all achieved platinum-plus status. The two-time GRAMMY Award-winner is also an acclaimed film, TV and Broadway actress.  Reba signed with The Valory Music Co. in November 2008.  The move reunited the multimedia entertainer with industry leader Scott Borchetta, now President and CEO of Big  Machine Records and sister label The Valory Music Co. Reba heads out on tour  with George Strait beginning January 22nd at the 1st Mariner Arena in  Baltimore, MD.
