Miranda Lambert had another first in her music career over the weekend — she reached number one! “White Liar,” the second single off of Miranda’s album, Revolution, is officially a country radio chart-topper! Miranda was very excited about getting the news, because not only is she the singer of “White Liar” but she co-wrote the song as well. Miranda was blown away and “wanted to say huge thank you and tell you how grateful I am to my fans and my friends at country radio for giving me my very first, not only my very first top five, but my first number one. It’s an amazing feeling.”
Miranda, who’s on tour with Brad Paisley right now, changed up the set list for her concert last night after getting the news about “White Liar” so she could ”be able to end with…our first time to ever end with a number-one song.”

“It’s been a while since I’ve had a first in my career, so on stage tonight we’re actually doing…we usually end with ‘Gunpowder & Lead,’ and tonight we’re ending with ‘White Liar’ because we want to be able to end with…our first time to ever end with a number-one song.”
