THE OAK RIDGE BOYS TO PERFORM THE NATIONAL ANTHEM AT THE 2011 TENNESSEE INAUGURATION CEREMONY FOR THE GOVERNOR-ELECT
 
 Nashville, TN (January 12, 2011) – The Oak Ridge Boys have been asked to perform the National Anthem at the 2011 Inaugural ceremony for Governor-Elect Bill Haslam.  The boys will perform on Saturday, January 15 in downtown Nashville to kick off the Swearing-in ceremony of the soon to be governor of Tennessee. 
 
“It is such an honor that we have been asked to participate in this notable event,” said Oaks’ member Duane Allen, “We are humbled by the invitation and proud to support our great state of Tennessee.”

The official Swearing-in Ceremony will begin at 11am.  The event will take place at Legislative Plaza in downtown Nashville.
