COUNTRY MUSIC SINGER/SONGWRITER DIERKS BENTLEY HEADS TO
ASHEVILLE, NC TO RECORD NEW STUDIO ALBUM

Entire Recording Process To Stream Live Online Beginning Jan. 30

Nashville, Tenn. – Jan. 25, 2011 – Multiple GRAMMY nominee Dierks Bentley will move into a recording studio in Asheville, NC next week to record his sixth Capitol Nashville studio album.

Bentley has spent the last four months writing hundreds of songs for the new project, and he’ll once again team up with award winning producer Jon Randall Stewart and recording engineer Gary Paczosa.  Country radio can expect a brand new single from Bentley in the Spring with the album following closely behind.  Beginning Sun., Jan. 30, fans will be able to “big brother” the entire recording experience from the studio through a live video feed 24 hours a day on www.dierks.com

“I’ve been writing and re-writing and tweaking songs for the past four months to get ready for the studio,” says Bentley.  “I usually come home from the road and go right into the studio, so I’ve never put this much time into prepping and doing pre-production on songs.   I learned from my experience recording Ridge that getting out of Nashville and away from the business side of things can be really inspiring.   I’ve got the best musicians in the world, and we’re going to go hunker down for a few weeks and live and breathe this record.  I thought it would be cool to let the fans be part of the whole experience, so we’re going to let them watch as it all goes down.”

In addition to adding the studio cam to his website, Bentley is currently planning a complete relaunch ofwww.dierks.com in March. Fans have already noticed the new dbtv video player on the site and temporarily discounted fan club memberships.  For more information and upcoming tour dates, visit
