JASON MICHAEL CARROLL GETS HOOKED ON 'TWITTER'

Country star Jason Michael Carroll is the latest in a long line of celebrities to join the Twitter craze. After an admitted reluctance to join the social networking site, he has now fully embraced it, tweeting as often as six to seven times a day at www.twitter.com/jmcofficial

One of the more recent tweets from Carroll was from the Grand Ole Opry stage, when he took a picture of the crowd during the middle of his performance. "I probably should have told them what I was doing," Carroll says with a smile. "Hopefully, no one thought I was checking email from the Opry stage.  It's just such an honor to be able to perform there, so I wanted to capture the moment."

Carroll's latest hit, "Hurry Home" is heating up the charts and just landed among country's Top 20 singles. For more of the latest news and personal photos taken from the road, visit  www.myspace.com/jasonmichaelcarroll  or www.jasonmichaelcarroll.com
