Luke Bryan Launches Crowdsourced Stop-Motion Music Video For “Just A Sip”

Nashville, TN – Country superstar Luke Bryan has launched an interactive online music video for his song “Just A Sip,” from his latest project, Spring Break…Here To Party. In celebration of the Billboard Top 200 and Top Country #1 album release as well as his ACM Entertainer Of The Year nomination, the video allows fans to replace frames of the video with images of themselves replicating his movements. Nearly 1300 frames have been swapped with fan images, representing over 30% of the final video. The interactive video, available at www.justasipvideo.com, allows Luke to engage and collaborate with his fans to create original online content through crowdsourcing. To join the video, fans visit the website and are directed through three easy steps to have their images included. First, they pick a frame of the video they want to replicate, followed by copying the pose using their webcam. Once they are happy with their photo, they can hit submit to have their image added. The video is continually updated with new submissions every 20 minutes. “Fans are growing and transforming the way media is created and distributed every day,” says Dawn Gates, Vice President Digital Marketing at Universal Music Group Nashville. “Luke has always been a great partner on campaigns and this time it’s rewarding to facilitate a dynamic platform that allows his fans to interact, invent, and re-invent official content.” “The best part about my job is getting to interact with my fans and this interactive video is just another fun way to do that,” says Bryan. “I hope everyone enjoys making it as much as I did!” Fans can now cast their vote for Luke Bryan to be this year’s ACM Awards Entertainer Of The Year by visiting www.VoteACM.com. Luke is also nominated for Male Vocalist of the Year, Album of the Year for tailgates & tanlines, and Vocal Event of the Year for "The Only Way I Know" with Jason Aldean and Eric Church. He will co-host the Awards telecast for the first time on CBS on Sunday, April 7 at 8pm ET/PT.

ARRESTED now in Colorado...but what a story and week for 2 brothers and their stripper sister! Text messages and tweets by three fugitive siblings who shot at a police officer and robbed a bank reveal a dangerous mindset and a firm bond between the siblings, "We've certainly seen their mindset when... They shot at a law enforcement officer outside of Tampa Bay, Fla., and when they fired inside that bank in Valdosta, Ga. But these additional texts and tweets have given us additional insight," FBI Special Agent Stephen Emmett told "Good Morning America" today. " We are concerned and feel that they are going to continue and cause problems to say the least for law enforcement." Ryan Dougherty, 21; his sister Lee Grace E. Dougherty, 29; and half-brother Dylan Dougherty Stanley, 26, have been on the lam since Aug. 2 when they shot at a police officer attempting to pull their white Subaru Impreza over for speeding.
