The album showcases a songwriting voice you won’t hear anywhere else in pop: young, female, downwardly mobile, fiercely witty.” Artist to Watch «««« - Rolling Stone “Musgraves’ voice, which rides atop sturdy melodies and mostly acoustic arrangements, is pretty and clear, but usally unsentimental. Her Trailer is clearly worth hitching onto.” Album of the Week, 3 ½ Stars out of 4 - USA Today “This buzzy country singer knocks it out of the trailer park with tunes like ‘Merry Go ‘Round’ that put a fresh spin on the usual Nashville terrain.” 3 ½ Stars out of 4 - People “On her [Musgraves] confident, melodic major-label debut, Musgraves' vocals are pleasingly agile, but what Same Trailer Different Park continually showcases is her writing prowess.” Grade A- - Entertainment Weekly “Pop needs this dose of the everyday again, and Musgraves, with her unpretentious voice — which makes you utterly trust her and her commitment to bringing complicated emotions into the light — is bringing it.” - NPR “Well, country music can thank Kacey Musgraves for finding her way, through smart lyrics, arrangements free of bluster and a tone that's all her own on her debut major label release, ‘Same Trailer Different Park.’” - Associated Press “Her [Musgraves] major label debut, which moves from country waltz to roadhouse blues, from rootsy singer-songwriter narratives to irresistible country pop, follows its own relentless arrow throughout, and the result is one of the most fully-formed, arresting debuts Nashville’s seen in years.” 4.5 out of 5 Stars - American Songwriter “Her magnificent new album ‘Same Trailer, Different Park,’ contains some of the most straightforward storytelling you could ever ask of a dozen country tunes.” – Washington Post Catch Kacey on the road with Kenny Chesney on the No Shoes Nation stadium tour. New Flavor Friday from Blue Bell..

From KHOU-TV Houston:  BRENHAM, TX -- Blue Bell Ice Cream is teasing a new flavor on its social media feeds. The Texas-based ice cream company has been slowly reintroducing its flavors to many of the markets it had withdrawn from after last year's fatal Listeria outbreak forced them to completely shut down production for a time. During the shutdown, the company worked with outside experts to control and eliminate potential sources of Listeria inside the Texas and Oklahoma facilities where the outbreak originated. While production of the iconic brand has resumed, not all of the company's flavors that were being produced prior to the plant closings are available. Blue Bell has been taking a measured reintroduction, and now has product available in most states and markets where they were prior to the closings. In this week's social media tease, the company says the new flavor will have fans "dancing in the grocery store aisles." Our newest flavor is a combination o…

They shot at a law enforcement officer outside of Tampa Bay, Fla., and when they fired inside that bank in Valdosta, Ga. But these additional texts and tweets have given us additional insight," FBI Special Agent Stephen Emmett told "Good Morning America" today. " We are concerned and feel that they are going to continue and cause problems to say the least for law enforcement." Ryan Dougherty, 21; his sister Lee Grace E. Dougherty, 29; and half-brother Dylan Dougherty Stanley, 26, have been on the lam since Aug. 2 when they shot at a police officer attempting to pull their white Subaru Impreza over for speeding.
