AT THE 53RD ANNUAL GRAMMY AWARDS WITH FIVE TROPHIES

Lady A Celebrates Grammy Wins on The Ellen DeGeneres Show Today
 
Nashville, Tenn. - Feb. 14, 2011 - GRAMMY award winning trio Lady Antebellum ended an emotional night at the 53rd Annual GRAMMY Awards as the big winners, taking home five awards. The group snagged the awards forRecord of the YearSong of the YearCountry Performance by a Duo or Group and Country Song of the Year for their smash hit “Need You Now” as well as Country Album of the Year for their triple PLATINUM NEED YOU NOW.

“We’re still just soaking it in,” said Hillary Scott. “It was a huge night, and we may even still be in shock!”

“The way the music community has embraced us is unbelievable,” continued Charles Kelley.  “Being asked to perform at the GRAMMYs last year was a career highlight, and to see how that really helped set off what has become the biggest year of our lives is surreal.”
 
“Our fans have given us the most incredible ride,” concludes Dave Haywood.  “We are going straight home and back into the studio to keep working on the new record.”

The group will celebrate last night’s five wins on The Ellen DeGeneres Show today with a performance of “Hello World.”
