NASHVILLE, TN -- Multimedia superstar Reba racked up her 35th #1 career single this week with the highly-charged kiss-off anthem, “Turn on the Radio,” claiming the top spot on both the Billboard Country Singles Chart and the USA Today/ Country Aircheck (powered by Mediabase) chart.
The timing of Reba’s latest chart-topper couldn’t be more poignant – with the crowning of “Turn on the Radio,” Reba became the one Country artist to dominate the Country Singles charts by both opening 2010 with a #1 hit (the four-week #1, “Consider Me Gone,” which subsequently became Reba’s biggest hit of her 30+ year career) AND also ending 2010 with a #1 hit. – the lead single from her new, critically-acclaimed album, ALL THE WOMEN I AM.
Both #1 singles are on Reba’s new label home, The Valory Music Co.
Additionally, the fiery redhead shows no signs of slowing down any time soon, with 2010 becoming one of the superstar’s biggest years this decade.
