HITMAKER RONNIE MILSAP RETURNS TO HIS COUNTRY ROOTS 
WITH NEW ALBUM, COUNTRY AGAIN


Country Again To Be Released July 26th

NASHVILLE, TN -- (June 28, 2011) – On July 26, country music legend, Ronnie Milsap will release his first country album in five years, Country Again.  This new 12-track release launches this summer with the first single “If You Don’t Want Me To”, also known as “The Freeze”.  Country Again is a joint venture between Milsap Music Group and Bigger Picture Group. With over 40 #1 Hits to his credit, Milsap is ready for more, “I’ve been very fortunate to have had a lot of successful records. Now it’s time to make some more.”

The first single, “If You Don’t Want Me To (The Freeze)”, hits radio July 18th. The music video for the song was filmed this past spring and showcases the dance craze, The Freeze, inspired by the song. To premiere Country Again, Milsap will return to the Grand Ole Opry stage on Saturday July 16th, where he has been a member since 1976.

Throughout the course of his career, Milsap has navigated his way through a variety of musical genres, most notably the country and pop markets, where he achieved outstanding success topping the Billboard Hot Country, Adult Contemporary, and Pop Charts. In 2009, he took on a new challenge and ventured into gospel music, releasing Then Sings My Soul: 24 Favorite Hymns and Gospel Favorites. With encouragementfrom Executive Producer Eddie Stubbs, Milsap is ready to come back to his roots with Country Again.
