Nashville, TN (April 6, 2011) – The Judds, one of the most celebrated duos in country music, are making a trip to New York City to discuss their new documentary series, which will premiere on the Oprah Winfrey Network (OWN) this weekend.  Viewers will get a chance to catch all the behind the scenes action as the duo embarked on their first tour together in 10 years, The Last Encore. Cameras captured their emotional journey as they worked to heal their relationship, reconnect with their fans and share the spotlight once again.

In addition, The Judds will chat with Associated Press TV, FoxNews Edge, CBS NewsPath and WGN Chicago, all to support their new series, simply titled The Judds, which will kick off this Sunday, April 10th with a special 2-hour premiere at 9pm EST.

The mother-daughter duo recently released an album entitled I Will Stand By You: The Essential Collectioncomplete with 12 classic hits and 2 new tracks.  The pair will also be featured on the ACM Girls’ Night Out: Superstar Women of Country, as they were honored for being the most awarded female duo in the Academy’s history.  The special is set to air on April 22 on CBS.
