JAMES OTTO FANS ARE IN FOR A ‘GROOVY LITTLE SUMMER’ AS HE HITS THE ROAD WITH TOBY KEITH

Nashville, TN – Warner Bros. Records Artist James Otto hits the road this summer with Toby Keith on 16 dates across the U.S., making stops in several major cities along the way. Otto will join Keith, along with special guest Trace Adkins, on select dates of the American Ride Tour June 19 through August 22.
“Toby has always been an artist I look up to and respect in our industry,” said Otto. “From being a great entertainer, to songwriter to businessman, he has done it all with his own style and with big time success. I am truly honored he would ask me to join him on his summer tour.”
GRAMMY nominated Otto released his new single “Groovy Little Summer Song,” from his forthcoming album, to radio on March 8 and it is rapidly climbing up the charts. In 2008, Otto spawned the Billboard’s No. 1 Hot Country Song with “Just Got Started Lovin’ You,” the lead single off of his debut album, Sunset Man. Sunset Man debuted at No. 3 on theBillboard Top 200 album chart, scored three singles on the Billboard Hot Country Songs chart, and remained in the Top 5 Country Albums chart for six weeks after its release in April 2008. Last year, Otto won an ACM and CMA Award in the Song of the Year category as a co-writer for “In Color” (a track that also earned him a Grammy nomination for Best Country Song).
