Heats up the Airwaves
Niemann Plays Opry This Saturday; Country Music Marathon Performance April 24
Nashville, TN – Sea Gayle/Arista Nashville recording artist Jerrod Niemann has a hit on his hands, and he’s spreading the love with his single, “Lover, Lover,” from his major label debut album, arriving this summer. After scoring most-added status as one of the hottest new songs at country radio last month, “Lover, Lover” is on the move, already a Top 30 hit after only seven chart weeks.
This weekend, the Kansas native will make his Grand Ole Opry debut with a performance on both Saturday night Opry shows. Looking ahead to his first time on the Opry stage, Niemann shares, “It’s still just an amazing thought to stand in that circle like so many great country music legends have. So, I really try not to think about it too much,” as he adds with a smile, “that way, I won’t be nervous ‘til after I play.”
Niemann will also be taking another stage in Nashville later this month as he opens the post-race concert for the Country Music Marathon and 1/2 Marathon on April 24 at the Bridgestone Arena.
The song Music Row cheers as “irresistible,” “Lover, Lover” is available now as a digital single, and you can enjoy it on your phone, as well, available as a ringtone or ringback.
