New Hunter Hayes Debut on ACMs

HUNTER HAYES TO WORLD PREMIERE "I WANT CRAZY" ON THE ACADEMY OF COUNTRY MUSIC AWARDS LIVE APRIL 7 ON CBS; OFF NEW DELUXE CD, HUNTER HAYES (ENCORE), AVAILABLE 18 “Somebody’s Heartbreak” Marks Second No. 1 Single NASHVILLE, TN - (April 1, 2013) – Hunter Hayes is set to world premiere his brand new single "I Want Crazy" at the 2013 Academy of Country Music Awards on Sunday, April 7 at 8pmET/PT on CBS. The song is his next single from his forthcoming Deluxe CD titled Hunter Hayes (Encore) due out June 18th. His current single, "Somebody's Heartbreak" holds the top spot this week marking his second No. 1 single off his debut release. The Deluxe album "(ENCORE)" will feature seven new and re-recorded tracks and will be available for iTunes pre-order immediately following his performance on the ACM Awards. Hunter Hayes is nominated for six ACM Awards, the second most nominated artist this year. This marks his first nominations in the “Song of the Year” (Artist and Composer), “Single Record of the Year” (Artist and Producer) and “Video of the Year” categories. Hunter Hayes is a three-time GRAMMY nominated artist - including nods for Best New Artist, Best Country Album and Best Country Solo Performance for “Wanted." Hunter is a multi-talented writer, musician, producer, and performer who is nominated for six Academy of Country Music Awards, including nods for his Songwriting and Producing. The critically acclaimed multi-platinum selling self-titled debut album has had two No. 1 singles selling more than four million singles to date while the CD is nearing platinum certification. Hayes has been touring and performing live for decades. He has played to sold out venues across the US and Canada on his MOST WANTED headline tour and is currently touring with Carrie Underwood on her “Blown Away Tour.” The Louisiana native has also shared the stage with Taylor Swift, Rascal Flatts, Keith Urban, Lady Antebellum, Trace Adkins, Brad Paisley, and Hank Williams, Jr.
