KIP MOORE CELEBRATES SECOND CONSECUTIVE NO. 1 SINGLE WITH “BEER MONEY”

Nashville, TN – MCA recording artist Kip Moore has earned his second consecutive No. 1 single with “Beer Money” which took the top spot this week on the Mediabase/Country Aircheck chart. “Beer Money” is the second single from Kip’s debut album Up All Night to capture the No. 1 spot in just seven months. Earlier this year, “Something ‘Bout A Truck” held the top spot on both charts for two consecutive weeks making him the first solo artist in four years to have a debut album’s first single go No. 1 for multiple weeks. Up All Night is the best selling debut album from any country artist released in 2012. To add to the celebration, Kip was named Country Aircheck’s No. 1 New Artist for 2012 and both singles are included in the Top 100 Songs of 2012 (“Something ‘Bout A Truck” No. 4 and “Beer Money” No. 66). In Billboard’s 2012 The Year In Music, Kip is the No. 2 Top New Country Artist, his singles are both in the Top 100 Country Songs (“Something ‘Bout A Truck” No. 12 and “Beer Money” No. 59) and his album ranks at No. 27 on the Top 100 Country Albums. Other accolades include iTune’s Top 200 Selling Songs of 2012 (“Something ‘Bout A Truck” No. 68) and Up All Night being named one of GAC’s Top 10 Country Albums of 2012. Kip recently performed both hit singles on the American Country Award (ACA) in Las Vegas where he picked up the award for Most Played Radio Track by a New Artist for “Something ‘Bout A Truck.” He just wrapped up touring with Eric Church’s The Blood, Sweat & Beers Tour this fall. ###

New Flavor Friday from Blue Bell..

From KHOU-TV Houston:  BRENHAM, TX -- Blue Bell Ice Cream is teasing a new flavor on its social media feeds. The Texas-based ice cream company has been slowly reintroducing its flavors to many of the markets it had withdrawn from after last year's fatal Listeria outbreak forced them to completely shut down production for a time. During the shutdown, the company worked with outside experts to control and eliminate potential sources of Listeria inside the Texas and Oklahoma facilities where the outbreak originated. While production of the iconic brand has resumed, not all of the company's flavors that were being produced prior to the plant closings are available. Blue Bell has been taking a measured reintroduction, and now has product available in most states and markets where they were prior to the closings. In this week's social media tease, the company says the new flavor will have fans "dancing in the grocery store aisles." Our newest flavor is a combination o…

ARRESTED now in Colorado...but what a story and week for 2 brothers and their stripper sister!

Text messages and tweets by three fugitive siblings who shot at a police officer and robbed a bank reveal a dangerous mindset and a firm bond between the siblings, "We've certainly seen their mindset when... They shot at a law enforcement officer outside of Tampa Bay, Fla., and when they fired inside that bank in Valdosta, Ga. But these additional texts and tweets have given us additional insight," FBI Special Agent Stephen Emmett told "Good Morning America" today. " We are concerned and feel that they are going to continue and cause problems to say the least for law enforcement." Ryan Dougherty, 21; his sister Lee Grace E. Dougherty, 29; and half-brother Dylan Dougherty Stanley, 26, have been on the lam since Aug. 2 when they shot at a police officer attempting to pull their white Subaru Impreza over for speeding. A few hours later, they robbed a bank in Georg…
