This morning on the radio I heard you make a statement which was highly incorrect. You said in Texas anyone can walk in and buy a gun and out the door you go. No where in our union of states can you do so, unless it is a black powder weapon. No matter the state all persons purchasing a gun at any federally licensed gun dealer must fill out the paperwork and go through a federal background check that is supposed to weed out who is and is not allowed to purchase a gun. The bad thing about making statements such as you made, there are people who have no clue and will take your statement and believe it without actually checking the facts.
