BNA RECORDS ARTIST CHRIS JANSON GEARS UP FOR GOOD CAR-MA


NASHVILLE, TN – BNA Records new artist Chris Janson is well suited for life on the road as a musician and artist. After all, when he moved to Nashville after high school, he lived in his car for three nights until he got a gig at Tootsie’s where he played every night for a year! But the adventures of being a road warrior always present new obstacles.

On the way to Knoxville on day one of his radio promo tour, the fuel pump in Janson’s truck busted.  Luckily, his BNA radio rep was following in his car and after getting a wreck service to take care of the truck, Janson was back on his way to Knoxville.

While in Florida earlier this week, Janson left his jacket in his unlocked vehicle for a minute as he stopped to get a bite to eat. When he returned, his jacket was gone. Janson said, “I’m the guy who’ll give somebody the shirt or jacket off my back but I can’t because somebody stole it,” he laughed.  Temperatures in Florida have been well below average all week!   

Jacket-less Janson returns to Music City this weekend in preparation for Country Radio Seminar, which is in Nashville next week. He has a show in Nashvillenext Tuesday night at the Rutledge and a standing gig at Puckett’s in Leipers Fork, TN the first Saturday of every month.
