Two of the hottest pickers in popdom faced off this week at the music stores with new projects. It was a good fight but his Purpleness was too much for Mr. urban. With sales scores of 185,000 approx to 177,000, Prince has the #1 pop cd in America. Good sales figures for these anemic times. keith of course #1 country charts edging out Martina....

Next week can Mr Urban out sell Rascal Flatts....I would think a BIG no on that... Flatts/urban/Mcbride all having a swell Spring sales season. The Miley movie soundtrack has been selling despite the fact the film isn't out until the weekend...
