BRADLEY GASKIN TAKES “MR. BARTENDER” TO THE OPRY STAGE
Named New Artist To Watch In June Issue of Southwest Airlines Magazine
NASHVILLE, TN – Singer songwriter Bradley Gaskin will step into the iconic circle on stage of the Grand Ole Opry House for the first time tomorrow night where he will perform his hit single, “Mr. Bartender.” For the man who was hanging drywall and writing songs on the back of Sheetrock as paper just a few years ago, this is the realization of dreams. Gaskin self-penned “Mr. Bartender,” has been called an instant country classic.
Gaskin will be introduced to the Opry audience by country singer and Celebrity Apprentice winner John Rich who found the resident of Duck Springs , AL on MySpace, through his “Get Rich Talent Search.” Gaskin went onto win the competition and sign with Columbia Nashville. Gaskin played an Opry Country Classics Show last year at the Ryman Auditorium and received a standing ovation for his rendition of “Don’t Close Your Eyes,” a signature song of his musical hero, Keith Whitley.
Gaskin is currently featured in the June issue of Southwest Airlines, Spirit Magazine. The issue pays homage to 40th Anniversary of the Airline and names Gaskin as one of the 40 New Artists To Watch from every genre of music.
