Shake, Rattle & Roll at the Shell - The Official Elvis Week 2010 Kickoff To Benefit The Alzheimer’s Association 
7:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m. Doors open at 6:00 p.m. and show starts at 7:00 p.m. An exclusive evening party at the historic “Levitt Shell,” formerly known as The Overton Park Shell, where Elvis played one of his first concerts in Memphis! Come out to celebrate the official kickoff of Elvis Week 2010 with a live recreation of this concert by the award-winning tribute artist Donny Edwards, along with the Change of Habit Band. For three years in a row, Donny was among the top three contestants in The Ultimate Elvis Tribute Artist Contest. Special celebrity guests and select vendors on site. VIP tickets include a private backstage tour and happy hour from 5:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. All proceeds to benefit The Alzheimer’s Association. Graceland Trivia Tour - Bears on Tour5:00 p.m. Event starts at the Graceland Ticket Office. Guests are invited to tour Graceland Mansion and the Elvis Presley Automobile Museum while simultaneously answering trivia questions to which answers can be found on the Graceland tour. All participants receive an Elvis TY Beanie Bear. Adult and junior versions of the trivia tour will be available. Prizes for both adult and junior versions to be announced. Club Elvis 8:00 p.m. – 12:00 Midnight. Elvis Presley Car Museum, Graceland Plaza. Come hang out and enjoy a private party with your fellow Elvis fans. A disc jockey spins Elvis records for your listening and dancing pleasure. Cash bar featuring adult beverages (ID's checked) and soft drinks. Outdoor smoking area designated – no smoking inside. Fan Club Presidents' Event2:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. Fogelman Executive Conference Center, 330 Innovation Drive, Memphis. Elvis fans are invited to celebrate the work of Elvis Presley fan clubs during this special event. In addition to celebrating and recognizing the work of fan clubs, the event will feature a program of EPE company updates and special announcements, including the latest on EPE media, marketing, licensing, merchandise, new exhibits and more. Special guests for the event will be Ginger Holladay Marson and Mary Holladay Pederson. In 1969, sisters Ginger and Mary, along with Jeanne Green and Donna Thatcher, sang on Elvis' famous Memphis sessions at American Sound. They recorded the backup vocals for “In the Ghetto,” “Suspicious Minds,” “Long Black Limousine,” “Kentucky Rain,” “Any Day Now” and among others. They also both went on to sing on numerous Elvis songs and albums throughout the 1970s. They will be sharing their favorite stories and memories of Elvis. Official Elvis Presley Fan Club presidents will receive an invitation and registration form via mail to reserve their tickets for the event. George Klein Book Signing
4:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. Elvis Lives Exhibit, Graceland Crossing. Meet George Klein, Elvis’ friend and author of the book “Elvis: My Best Man.”George will be autographing copies of his book at the event. Copies of the book will be on sale at the event. 

2010 Ultimate Elvis Tribute Artist Contest Semifinal Round
7:00 p.m. The Orpheum, 203 South Main Street, Memphis. See the best Elvis tribute artists from around the world as they compete in the semifinal round of the 2010 Ultimate Elvis Tribute Artist Contest. Enjoy hours of Elvis music and entertainment as these preliminary winners compete for their chance to advance to the final round on Friday, August 13. Official Elvis Insiders 2010 Elvis Week Event 
10:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. Strikezone Bowling Alley, 3330 Pine Tar Alley, Southaven, Mississippi. Last year’s Elvis Insiders event was one of the most talked about events for the week! It is back again and Elvis Insiders can once again shake, rattle and bowl as you meet new Insiders and have fun with friends during this special event. Activities during the event include bowling, billiards, Elvis trivia, food, Elvis music and movie clips and more. Cynthia Pepper, Elvis' co-star in Kissin' Cousins; Joe Guercio, Elvis’ musical director and conductor for his performances from 1970 – 1977; and Ginger Holladay Marson and Mary Holladay Pederson, sisters who sang on Elvis' famous Memphis sessions at American Sound in 1969, will be signing autographs at the event. Jerry Osborne Book Signing 2:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. Elvis Lives Exhibit, Graceland Plaza. Come out and get your copy of the new book, “Elvis: Like Any Other Soldier,” signed by authors Jerry Osborne and Barbara Hahn. Also on hand to sign their pages in the book will be some of the soldiers who served with Elvis, both in the U.S. and Germany. Conversations on Elvis - Session 2: Elvis Presley’s Memphis Sponsored by The Commercial AppealSession Two: 1:00 p.m. The Orpheum, 203 South Main Street. Michael Lollar, Commercial Appeal writer and contributing author for Elvis Presley’s Memphis, and EPE photography manager Robert Dye, will be on hand to take guests behind-the-scenes and share what they discovered when researching for the book. Joining Michael and Robert will be Elvis' longtime friend Joe Esposito to share stories about his experiences with Elvis. In addition, Memphian Earl Harrell will also share his stories of how he met Elvis and the times he spent with Elvis and his entourage at Graceland, the fairgrounds and just hanging around Memphis. The event, hosted by Tom Brown, Vice President of Original Productions for TCM, will be a great way to find out more about Elvis’ hometown and what made his relationship with Memphis so powerful. This special screening of "Elvis on Tour" will feature a newly, re-mastered version of the award-winning documentary in addition to never before seen BONUS footage not included on the new DVD release. Joining as special guests for a short, live performance will be Donny Sumner, Ed Hill, Bill Baize and Larry Strickland - backup singers who performed with Elvis as part of the J.D. Classic Sunday Morning Gospel Music Singin’ 
9:00 a.m. Graceland Entertainment Pavilion (north of airplane exhibit), Graceland. Enjoy a celebration of the Gospel music Elvis loved with some of the singers who performed as part of J.D. Sumner & The Stamps Quartet with Elvis. Bill BaizeLarry StricklandEd Hill and Donnie Sumner all performed with Elvis on stage and now they’ll be live and onstage performing many of the hits Elvis loved. In addition, also performing will be Ellen Digirolamo and  gospel group Soul City from First Assembly of God, Memphis which was Elvis’ home church for many years. Soul City members are Corey Riggs, Ben Kirk, Bob Geabhart and David Wootton. An autograph session for concert attendees only will follow the concert event. Lori Andersen & Gavin Kelly Celebrate the King 11:00 a.m. Elvis Week Entertainment Tent at Graceland Crossing. Free concert by country music entertainers and IMASTAR recording artists, Lori Andersen & Gavin Kelly. A couple of Elvis’ biggest fans celebrate Elvis Week with a concert of all their favorite Elvis hits. Lori’s strong voice and fun performance style coupled with Gavin's singing and guitar skills offer a unique way to experience the magic of Elvis.

Elvis Fan Reception at STAX Museum of American Soul Music 
1:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m. 926 E. McLemore Avenue, Memphis. Come visit one of Memphis' most exciting music treasures and check out the temporary exhibit: Elvis! From Memphis to Manhattan - From the CBS Photo Archive. 5:00 p.m. Elvis Lives Exhibit Space at Graceland Plaza. Find out more about the new box set "Complete Elvis" and upcoming releases on the FTD label from producers Ernst Jørgensen and Roger Semon. 
Candlelight Vigil8:30 p.m. Gates of Graceland Mansion. After an opening ceremony at the gates of the Graceland Mansion property, fans are invited to walk up the driveway to Elvis’ gravesite and back down carrying a candle in quiet remembrance. Free admission. No tickets or reservations. Gates remain open until all who wish to participate in the procession have done so, which typically takes until the early morning hours of August 16, the anniversary date of Elvis’ passing. Free secured parking at the Graceland visitor center complex after 6:00 p.m.

Elvis Week Finale Celebration Concert 9:00 a.m. Graceland Entertainment Pavilion (north of airplane exhibit), Graceland. The perfect way to end an amazing Elvis Week! Jamie Aaron Kelley along with Brad Birkedahl and Joe Fick, formerly with The Dempsey’s, will perform Elvis’ hits in their unique style. Another Elvis fan favorite,Terry Mike Jeffrey, will be on hand to perform some of his favorite Elvis tunes. From the ‘50s and '68 Special to the concert years, many of your Elvis favorites will be performed. This will be an outdoor event and tickets will be extremely limited. Tickets are $30 each. Multiple Date EventsAll Shook Up at the Harrell TheatreAugust 6-15. Harrell Theatre, 440 W. Powell Road, Collierville, TN 38017. "All Shook Up" is a jukebox musical featuring the music Elvis Presley. The Harrell Performing Arts Theatre produces theatre, music, and dance performances to express the community’s talents, values, needs, resources, and aspirations. For tickets, call 901-457-2780.

Last Chance Ultimate Elvis Tribute Artist Contest at the Memphis Hard Rock Cafe 
August 7-9. 9:00 p.m. - 12:00 a.m. Memphis Hard Rock Cafe, 315 Beale Street, Memphis. Elvis tribute artists will have the chance to compete for one final spot in the semifinal round of the 2010 Ultimate Elvis Tribute Artist Contest. Find out more about how to compete. Morning and Evening Walk-ups for Meditation Garden Daily throughout the year, there is a special period of time for free admission walk-up visits to the Meditation Garden at Graceland. Elvis Week morning walk-ups will be from 7:30 a.m. – 8:30 a.m. on August 10-16. Morning walk-ups may not be available on August 16 due to Candlelight Vigil. Elvis Week evening walk-ups will be 7:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. on August 10-14 and on August 16. Evening walk-ups will not be available on August 15 due to the Candlelight Vigil. 
Elvis Week Entertainment Tent at Graceland Crossing August 7-16. Continuous presentation of Elvis music performed live by various singers and bands, plus other activities. A schedule for the Elvis Week entertainment tent will be available at the Elvis Week Information Table upon arrival in Memphis. 
Youth Karaoke August 11 & 14. 2:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. Elvis Week Entertainment Tent, Graceland Crossing. Children and youth ages 2 to 17 are invited to perform karaoke Elvis songs. Free admission to perform and to be in the audience. 

Lowell Hays Trunk ShowAugust 12: 11:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. August 14: 3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. August 15: 2:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. Gallery Elvis, Graceland Plaza. Meet jeweler Lowell Hays, the creator of Elvis' famous TCB ring. View both his fine and fashion jewelry lines featuring items made from the original molds of Elvis’ jewelry.

Steven Keet with Hamilton Watches Meet 'n' Greet

In the movie "Blue Hawaii," Elvis is seen wearing a Hamilton Ventura watch, the world's first electronic watch. In honor of Elvis' 75th birthday, Hamilton Watches has released an EPE officially authorized limited-edition series of Elvis Ventura watches. August 12 - 15. 5:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. Everything Elvis, Graceland Crossing. Meet artist Joe Petruccio, view his new fine art pieces debuting during Elvis Week 2010 and check out some of the great merchandise featuring his artwork.

Betty Harper Meet 'n' Greet
August 13 - 15. 12:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. Everything Elvis, Graceland Crossing. Meet artist Betty Harper, view her broad collection of original Elvis portraits that illustrate the personal side of Elvis, take home some great pieces of art, and check out some of the great merchandise featuring her artwork.

Kimbra Orr Jewelry Trunk Show
August 13: 3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. August 14: 11:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. Gallery Elvis, Graceland Plaza. Elvis by Kimbra is a new line of Elvis jewelry in sterling silver and pewter. The designs are completely waterproof and feature vintage black and white photography of Elvis Presley. Designer Kimbra Orr focuses on the classic photography that captured Elvis’ charisma and charm that so many have fallen in love with. The Black and White Collection I includes a line of photo charms, necklaces, and bracelets.
